And exposing how the fire life safety/ security industry is extremely low paying where the UNION workers of the buildings cleaning staff make more hourly than the NON-UNION Fire Life Safety Director/ Security Guard. As the Fire Life Safety Directors/ Security Guards are fired every several years and replaced with lower payed staff. So the building does not have to pay a livable wage and definitely will not have to pay out a pension when the Fire Life Safety Director/ Security Guard wants to retire when they're seniors and elderly!

Luke Morales had to get out of the Fire Life Safety and Security field because the money was garbage/ low paying and most building in New York City are a death trap especially the hotels. Luke Morales was even fired from a hotel in midtown Manhattan in New York where he was the only Fire Life Safety Director/ Security guard on duty to cover an entire 43 story building. And the hotel had already been given multiple violations from the fire department of New York City. Being fired from that building was like being given a blessing lol. With a Fire Life Safety Director certification Luke Morales was able to get a job very quickly. And of course he was fired for racial discrimination because he's Latino and, Thank God, 100% looked nothing like the "person" that fired him lol. Luke was over 100 zillion times better looking than the person that fired him for racial discrimination. So in New York City if you're doing Fire Life Safety Director work and Security work please understand most of the hotels and office buildings are nothing but death traps. If there is a explosion, terrorist attack, fire, etc. and you feel the building is going to collapse please just walk out the building and not evacuate anyone at all. Also most of these jobs are non-union so you will be fired very quickly from a low paying non-union job by an angry security account manager, an angry building manager, or an angry billing own. As there is no job protection even if you outperform everyone at your job like Luke Morales always does lol. These buildings are allowed to be death traps and low paying garbage jobs in the State of New York. Luke Morales was fired from a death trap that was only paying $21 an hour in 2019. (Luke was only at this job temporarily and stood there for quite some time because there was a ton of overtime for several months. He was actually fired from the job when the overtime ran out and the job was only 40 hours again anyway lol). So he had to get out of the Fire Life Safety Director work to earn real money like a real man. The security companies, and all these buildings in New York City, pay little boy money. And Luke is a man and needs man money lol. New York is the #1 most expensive country on the face of the planet Earth and the security industry pay is horribly low like you're living on a child's allowance! And within 6 months of being fired from the job for racial discrimination the entire Earth was overtaken by COVID-19 and Luke had to stay home for the next 16 to 18 months like most Americans lol. So he was fired from a death trap and within 6 months all the hotels in New York City, and around the entire Earth, were shut down anyway lol. And you can laugh that Luke was fired from his job but he also recorded when he was fired by anger account manager/ supervisor and his supervisor sounded so angry for no reason lol. In the recordings you can tell Luke Morales is a normal hard-working man and his supervisor/manager is just being extremely unprofessional and upset/ angry....lol. (Luke finds it so hilarious that the account manage supervisor/manager sounded so angry. Luke Morales takes pride in knowing he makes so many people so angry just by showing up. No matter what Luke Morales had over a 20-year work history in the security and fire life industry in New York City. And THANK GOD he triggered so many people that looked 100% not like him! Which makes Luke extremely happy and feel powerful!) And Luke has passed by that death trap hotel he was fired from one time and looks nothing like the Fire Life Safety Director / Security Guard that works there and Luke Morales could not be happier! Luke also has worked all over New York City and has recordings and evidence that he has worked in very dangerous and toxic situations as a Fire Life Safety Director/ Security Guard lol. Yet if you want to become a Fire Life Safety Director in New York please keep in mind that you will be the lowest payed person in the building. Building owners don't actually like their cleaning staff to have a high turnover, unlike the Fire Life Safety Director/ Security Guards, so all the union workers that clean the bathrooms, clean the floors, and do all that type of work actually get paid much more than the Fire Life Safety Directorr as well lol. So one of the more disgusting aspects of the experience that Luke had in the Fire Life Safety and Security industry was knowing that over the 20 years in that industry he was paid less than even the cleaning staff in the buildings lol. And he realized that while he was working in the industry.... so you already know what would have happened if he ever had to evacuate anyone and felt like his life was in jeopardy.... he would just walk out the building and the tenants could evacuate themselves lol.
