Luke Morales was arrested by the New York City Police Department when he was only 18 yrs old and charged with attempted murder by the police, judge, prosecutors in 1995 after a hideous gang member that looked 100% nothing like Luke was stalking him. So Luke had to defend himself. And Luke had to defend himself with deadly force. Luke Morales was being stalked in Sunset Park Brooklyn, and had multiple interactions with a hideous gang member named Joshua G.(last name redacted). And when Luke Morales defended himself finally after being terrorized by that gang member multiple, the hideous gang member snitched and told the cops from his hospital bed where Luke Morales' girlfriend lived at that time….?! Yes the gang member knew where Luke Morales' girlfriend lived who he was dating at that time! And all the police, prosecutors, and judges that run the New York City courts had no problem with the fact that Luke Morales was being stalked by someone that knew where his girlfriend lived!!!! Thank God in the year 2025 Hispanics don't have the highest rates of incarceration lol. And yes those incarceration rates above at the top of this page are from 2022 but even recent statistics would still show Latinos having an extremely low rate of incarceration lol.
