As he was charged with attempted murder a little over 30 years ago at only 18 years old. He was charged with attempted murder by the New York City Police department (NYPD) and New York City courts for simply exercising his lawful second amendment rights after being racially attacked by a reputed gang member that looked exactly 1,000% nothing like Luke. The arresting officers, the prosecutors, and the jurge also looked nothing like Luke as well and was not even from his race! So everybody with college educations, that were way older and were from a different race, thought it was really funny to target a well-mannered and law abiding 18-year-old young man after he was racially attacked by a reputed gang member that looked 1,000% nothing like him. Also Luke was looking for work and in a relationship with a girlfriend that was his age at that time and not a reputed gang member. So after being charged with attempted murder Luke could not get a job because no one's going to hire an 18-year-old being charged with attempted murder. And Luke was no longer allowed to freely walk around Sunset Park, Brooklyn where this incident happened which helped destroy the relationship that Luke was in at that time. Also, for some sick reason, the much older judge and prosecutors thought it was funny to put an order of protection on Luke for the person's safety that attacked Luke....?! To this day Luke would tell the much older judge and prosecutors that there's no reason for the order protection because the person that attacked Luke looked nothing like him. And hes definitely would not want to associate or be anywhere near with someone that was a dangerous gang member who attacks people who are from a different race or just look different. Luke was not associated with a gang at 18 years old unlike the person that attacked him who was fully vetted and invested in being a gang member, and a career criminal even at a young age. Luke and the person that attacked him were on two different tracks on life and making way different life decisions. As Luke was already on track to be a hard-working man since he was already working at 16 years old. And associated with even working with children that were younger than him at a very well-known program located in Park slope, Brooklyn called PROJECT REACH YOUTH. There is no way that the gang member that attacked Luke Morales was associated with any programs for kids that wanted to better themselves. So not only did Luke and the person that attacked him look 1000% different, they were living two completely opposite lifestyles. So if Luke was not in a gang, never racially profiled people, or was a reputed gang member then there was no reason for the nonsense prosecution or the nonsense order of protection. Why would Luke want to associate himself with a racially profiling gang member career criminal that looked 1000% nothing like Luke and lived a completely different lifestyle?! He wouldn't, And that's why Luke Morales should have never been charged with attempted murder, have an order of protection placed against him, and waste his valuable time going back and forth to court for some nonsense attempted murder.

So there's a pattern in New York City where New Yorkers can be attacked, especially Latinos / Hispanics, and then they're charged with crimes just for defending ourselves. And it's usually hard working people, and of course hardworking Latino/ Hispanics, that are attacked by people that are in gangs and career criminals that attack people for fun. Or criminals that like to racially attack people that look nothing like them and think they're going to get away with it. And the New York City Police department, prosecutors, and judges all support the system along with the politicians?! And the world has to know that in America and especially in New York City, you can be attacked by someone that looks 1000% nothing like you and the police, prosecutors, and the judges make it seem like you wanted to be associated with this person and fight this person. When in fact you look nothing like the person that attacked you and should not be arrested or prosecuted and have to go back and forth to court for months  for practicing your second amendment rights! And being prosecuted for being attacked by people you would never associate with in your life, in the first place!
