Donate now to Luke Morales' GoFundMe (link above) to expose New York City's very dangerous hotels and some office buildings that have extremely high "fire life safety violations" in the buildings. Jeopardizing the lives of the guest, employees, and of course the firefighters of the FDNY. And exposing how the fire life safety/ security industry is extremely low paying where the UNION workers of the buildings cleaning staff make more hourly than the NON-UNION Fire Life Safety Director/ Security Guard. As the Fire Life Safety Directors/ Security Guards are fired every several years and replaced with lower payed staff. So the building does not have to pay a livable wage and definitely will not have to pay out a pension when the Fire Life Safety Director/ Security Guard wants to retire when they're seniors and elderly!
Donate to Luke Morales' GoFundMe (link above) so he can tell the world that he had to get out of the Fire Life Safety and Security field. Because the money was garbage/ low paying and most buildings in New York City are a death trap, especially the hotels. Luke even worked at a particular hotel in midtown Manhattan in New York where he was the only Fire Life Safety Director/ Security guard on duty to cover an entire 43 story building. (But Luke has worked at multiple hotels that were death traps, especially with very little security staff!). And the hotel had already been given multiple violations from the fire department of New York City. So in New York City if you're doing Fire Life Safety Director work and Security work most of the hotels and office buildings are nothing but death traps. And if there is a catastrophic explosion from building equipment malfunction, terrorist attack, fire, etc. and most Fire Life Safety/ Security feel the building is going to collapse they would probably just walk out the building and not evacuate anyone at all. As they would do this because they get paid such low rates so why would they jepordize their lives! Also most of these jobs are non-union so you will be fired very quickly from a low paying non-union job by an angry security account manager, an angry building manager, or an angry building owner. As there is no job protection even if you outperform everyone at your job like Luke always did lol. These buildings are allowed to be death traps and low paying garbage jobs in the State of New York. Luke also has worked all over New York City and has recordings and evidence that he has worked in very dangerous and toxic situations as a Fire Life Safety Director/ Security Guard lol. Please keep in mind how much It has been mentioned in this article that there's barely any security in these hotels especially in New York City. And Luke can attest to how easy it is for anyone to walk into many of the hotels in Manhattan and get right upstairs. Usually there is only one person that's the Fire Life Safety Director/ Security Guard in these buildings so any trespasser can get right upstairs into the building. As these thieves know that when a guest of the hotel walks out of their room they don't double check to make sure the door slam locked behind them. Many doors do not close properly unless you pull it close as you exit the hotel room. So criminals enter the hotels and will walk on the hotel floors pushing on the guest room doors! This is the most popular reason a criminal would ever a hotel, believing that when they pushed on a guests door that the door would open. And it's a scenario that happens every single day and all the hotels and New York City especially! Yet if you want to become a Fire Life Safety Director in New York please keep in mind that you will be the lowest payed person in the building. Building owners don't actually like their cleaning staff to have a high turnover, unlike the Fire Life Safety Director/ Security Guards. So all the union workers that clean the bathrooms, clean the floors, and do all that type of respectable manual labor work actually get paid much more than the Fire Life Safety Directors / Security Guard. That was one of the more disgusting aspects of the experience that Luke had in the Fire Life Safety and Security industry was knowing that over the 20 years in that industry he was paid less than even the cleaning staff in the buildings. And he realized that while he was working in the industry.... so you already know what would have happened if he ever had to evacuate anyone and felt like his life was in jeopardy.... he would just walk out the building and the tenants could evacuate themselves. So once again please donate to Luke's GoFundMe, which there are at least two links further to the top of this page. Thank you very much for helping get the word out!
